“Spirale Aurea”translates to Golden spiral . Chicken roulade lacquered with 18 year aged white pomegranate balsamic layered with an aged Irish cheddar, shingles of prosciutto, and blend of minced herbs. paired with a fondant potato topped by a confit egg yolk. Garnished with sage and fresh pomegranate seed.

Using the remainder of the money to fix my truck that transports my cooking equipment and catch up on bills.
