I love to make everything, as a Chef de Cuisine. I make it my personal goal to learn to new and modern techniques. But if I really had to narrow it down. It might be. A CHERRY SMOKED FLAT IRON STEAK served with Corn Pudding English Peas, Confit Fingerlings Potatoes, Red Wine Jus, Chimichurri, Watercress Salad, Cherry Smoked Tomatoes. Who is your culinary inspiration?My passion started from my upbringing. So my mother was my biggest inspiration. When I was younger she helped me and supported me in this path. Now having over 20 years of experience. The new inspiration is to teach and show new techniques to the chefs that want to learn. That wants to be the best in this industry. To show that going above and beyond for the guest is rewarding in your career. To inspire chefs to never limit yourself to one style of cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I really am undecided. I am just honored to be part of this competition. To be with a great group of chefs and a chance to be the next Favorite Chef.
