Receive Text UpdatesI’m known for Carolina barbecue, and northern Italian classics. My signature is my Carolina Red Barbecue Sauce & Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Pulled Chicken, and Pulled Salmon, and Risotto.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I take inspiration from my Italian grandmother who taught me since the age of 4, I also have had several culinary mentors and have listened to Julia Child, Jacques Pepin, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White. But Anthony Bourdain is most like me. And Calvin from Gaffney SC, who taught me how to barbecue.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to expand my business and start a 501 C3 charity for community kitchens.
