What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is risotto paired with Chilean sea bass. I stand out because I control every detail of the technique: from the precise cooking of the rice to the exact doneness of the fish, achieving a perfect and balanced texture. Beyond this dish, I have the ability to cook a wide variety of techniques and cuisines, adapting to any kitchen with creativity, consistency, and flavor.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

Daniels pundick (executive chef of The Ben hotel in west plam beach) He is a chef who I work for. A passionate person who has shown me and He's team the art of cooking.
