The crudo is fresh, bright, and refined, inspired by Peruvian flavors and coastal cuisine. The fried rice brings bold flavor, technique, and comfort together with a modern chef-driven approach. Both dishes reflect my culture, creativity, and passion for turning simple ingredients into memorable experiences.
Who is your culinary inspiration?As a Peruvian chef, my biggest inspiration comes from my culture, music, and the emotions tied to food. Growing up surrounded by bold flavors and diverse traditions taught me that every dish can tell a story. Music also plays a huge role in my creativity—it shapes moods, memories, and experiences, helping me create dishes that connect with people beyond just taste.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into developing creative culinary projects that combine food, culture, and storytelling through music-inspired dining experiences. It would help me expand my content, improve equipment, continue learning, and create opportunities to share Peruvian cuisine and my culinary vision with a larger audience.
