I enjoy exploring different cuisines, flavors, and cooking techniques, and I appreciate everything from simple comfort foods to more refined dishes. For me, great food is about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences, regardless of what's on the plate. I'm always excited to learn new techniques and flavors. Every dish has something unique to offer.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is the opportunity to positively impact people's lives through food. Working in senior living has shown me that a meal is more than nutrition—it's comfort, connection, and a source of joy. I am inspired every day to create high-quality, flavorful meals that bring people together and make them feel cared for. Food bring people together and can leave a mark forever in their lives.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win $25,000, my first priority would be my family. I would use the money to create new opportunities for my daughters, invest in my career, and continue pursuing my passion for food. Winning would be an incredible blessing that would help me grow as a culinary professional while providing lasting benefits for the people I love most.
