I love to create dishes that speak to you before you even get to eat it. Cooking with fresh ingredients and produce, that i can tranform its shape and even its taste. I would have to say my signature dish would be sexy white fish with a cauliflower puree, a fresh salsa verde , and roasted red and yellow beets. However, I love being put on the spot , and forced to adapt with what i have in my fridge.
Who is your culinary inspiration?"TONY" Without a doubt Tony - Anthony Bourdain has to be my inspiration. Just that genuine feel of the line cook life whilst meeting the life of a famous author, philanthropist, and overall weapon of a man.
What would you do with the $25,000?After highschool I moved away to British Columbia to pursue my passion for snowboarding and cooking. With having 20 years passed , being a single child with a single mother. I had to make the hardest decision in my life and move back home and help out . The descision to travel back to my hometown of Ottawa Ontario has left me in a community that has no idea of my skills and abiltiles . This would help me establish myself as a culinary name in my hometown and open doors to oppurtunites
