Honestly, I don’t really have a “Signature dish” I put love and effort into everything that I cook. Every dish I make is my favorite! My most asked for dish is my sun-dried tomato and cheese stuffed chicken breast alongside mashed potatoes and veggies
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspirations are my former chef at an old job( Chef Art Shelton) & my Chef educators at my college as well as a few chefs from the ACF Pittsburgh chapter.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to start up my business as a person and private chef! I would invest in everything needed to be successful in my business.
