Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration, the individual that inspired me to cook, travel the world, and change careers, is Anthony Bourdain.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to setup my own business serving Puerto Rican cuisine in a niche market where there are not any other similar restaurants around, where my place can thrive. I would use fresh ingredients and rotate the menu seasonally and source local products and vendors to help my community out.
