Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is every chef who came from nothing and built something lasting through discipline and passion. I’m inspired by chefs who respect the grind, the culture, and the responsibility of feeding people at a high level every single day. After 14 years in kitchens, I’ve learned that greatness isn’t just talent it’s consistency, sacrifice, adaptability, and heart.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 into building my private chef and catering brand the right way. That includes equipment, branding, marketing, pop-up dinners, and creating content that tells my story and showcases my food. I want to build something bigger than myself a business that creates opportunities, inspires young chefs, and proves that hard work in this industry can truly change your life.
