Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Herb Wilson, I meet him in Miami, and was inspired , seeing an African American in charge of a restaurant on South Beach, I wanted to learn everything he would teach and shadow one of my favorite Chefs.
What would you do with the $25,000?Wow, I would fix my mother's house,give to the suicide and crisis, I lost my son last year,so I want to give people help, and open a small restaurant, I would call it cooking with jazz , comedy club, restaurant with line dancing, and the days that where close,I would teach cooking classes for young boys .
