Who is your culinary inspiration?Family influence aside, Bobby Flay and Emeril were two of my favorites to watch as a kid just learning to cook. As an adult, I am a huge fan of Michael Symon, David Chang, and Andrew Zimmern.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off student debt! I spent a lot of money at a young age to invest in myself and get my career in restaurants started. To pay that off, and reinvest into my future (food truck? So many options!)
