Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother and Anthony Bourdain.
What would you do with the $25,000?Finally take a much needed vacation and travel with my wife to places we have always wanted to visit. I work seven days a week between my role as Executive Chef and running my charity, Anello Feeds First. We are a 501c3 that tackles food insecurity. To-date we have provided over 112,000 meals to people in need. We provide hot, gourmet meals that don’t require cooking. I realized not everyone can cook with the ingredients they receive at food banks and pantries. I love helping others.
