Receive Text UpdatesA signature dish is a serious question as I love to cook many cuisines. But my favorite I guess would be of my Cuban descent. Ropa Vieja, white rice, black beans. Tostones/maduros and Cuban Flan.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother/father would be my culinary inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would further my culinary experiences, travel to different countries to take in the food culture and to open my own Cuban food truck/trailer.
