For example: Strawberry base consists of sliced strawberries and egg whites—pureed strawberries with a little thickener. A heaping scoop of pureed strawberries with whipped egg whites mixed, and you will get something beautiful.
Who is your culinary inspiration?In Charlie Trotter's book, *Lessons in Excellence*, he states: "I look for enthusiastic people who are prepared to do whatever it takes. Attitude is about being passionate—you must approach work as if it were a religious experience." This inspires me!
What would you do with the $25,000?This is the idea: Once we establish the meals we cook every night, we get married to the meal plan. Then things start to get less exciting. The magic goes away. And you start to think… “I wonder what else is out there?” Well, I can offer you a night away. An affair of the tongue. A step away from what you know, into a culinary experience you’ll never forget.
