I would be best known for my wild game presentations. I have also been a culinary columnist for several wildlife conservation organizations of over 14 years - RMEF, MDF, CDA, CWA and major fund raiser for A to Z Foundation to generate funds to take war veterans on hunting/fishing trips. I was the Ex Chef of a program called Hunt Fish Feed feeding homeless across the country
