Who is your culinary inspiration?For me it would be Chef Clase Passmark. He was my instructor from my first culinary school and the entire reason I went to college for culinary and not music or chemistry.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to help start a bbq restaurant. My niece and nephews decided that it should be called Uncle John's Smokehouse. It would primarily go towards laying the ground work for starting the business.
