I can’t narrow it down to one….i love comfort food….mac and cheese, meatloaf, French onion soup. That said, I’m opening a Mexican bbq restaurant this summer.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My brother is my most important inspiration. He taught me that if a dish isn’t something I would serve to my mother, it’s not right.
What would you do with the $25,000?My family deserves a vacation!!! Opening this restaurant has been trying on us all. Long hours and little quality time together.
