Receive Text UpdatesAfter years in the kitchen, my signature dish is Chicken Piccata. I focus on balance perfectly seared chicken, a bright lemon-butter sauce, and just the right touch of capers. It’s a dish that looks simple but showcases technique, timing, and respect for ingredients. It reflects my style: classic, clean, and full of flavor.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest inspiration comes from the chefs and mentors I’ve worked alongside over the years, as well as classic Italian cooking. I admire chefs who elevate simple ingredients with technique and passion. Their influence taught me that great food doesn’t need to be complicated it needs to be made with care, consistency, and heart.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in sharpening my craft and creating new opportunities upgrading equipment, developing a small catering or pop-up concept, and continuing culinary education. It would also allow me to give back by mentoring others entering the kitchen, sharing the skills and discipline that shaped my career.
