What would you do with the $25,000?Food has always been my way of bringing family and friends together. I would use the prize money to travel to Italy and learn traditional recipes and techniques from the region my ancestors called home. I’d then bring those recipes back to share through meals, cooking classes, and community gatherings. A portion of the prize would be donated to animal rescue organizations, combining two of my greatest passions: food and helping animals in need
