Who is your culinary inspiration?My children. My love for cooking started when we wanted to get the kids away from processed foods. They were always my biggest fans and my best critics. Then blossomed into a full fledged love for the craft, and a true belief that NO ONE goes hungry.
What would you do with the $25,000?Invest into my career development as a cook. Pay off some bills. Maybe take a vacation for the first time in 5 years.
