Salmon baked in parchment paper. It's easy, I can serve it to big groups, it has a lot of different complex flavors. I top it with lemon slices, capers, fresh herbs like parsley & basil and cherry tomatoes from my garden. Simple, yet delicious.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Julia Child will always be my inspiration. You can take any of the classic dishes from Joy of Cooking and twist them in a new way with flavors from cuisines of other countries. Of course Carla Hall is amazing! I watched her a lot, years ago on Top Chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream is to move to the mountains of North Carolina, remodel a house and open a bed and breakfast and coffee shop.
