Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration for becoming a chef came from my grandparents and aunts from the South. Growing up, I watched them cook with love, passion, and tradition. The kitchen was always full of flavor, laughter, and family. They taught me that food brings people together and tells a story. Watching them create meals from scratch inspired me to follow my own culinary path and build my creativity through cooking while honoring where I come from
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning $25,000 would help me invest in myself and take the next step in my culinary journey. I would use the money to expand my food business, purchase professional equipment, improve branding and marketing, and continue my culinary education. It would also help me build toward opening my own food truck or restaurant while creating opportunities for my family and community through my passion for cooking and entrepreneurship
