Receive Text UpdatesI'd have to say my beef shortribs. I cook them low and slow for hours and then serve it with red potatoes, baby carrots and onions thst I boil in the au jus from the ribs and serve it with a charred onion and red wine sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Not to sound corny but my mom, dad, and my grandma's are a big influence on what shaped me to love and enjoy food. But big influence from famous chefs would be Shawn Brock.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely expand my bakery and employ more people in my area needing second chances at life. To get this award and be able to use it to help my community would be something I've dreamed of my whole life.
