Receive Text UpdatesI don't really have a signature dish, as I love to cook. Most people love my Mac N Cheese and my Liver, they think it's steak.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my grandmother and my dad, both from Mississippi. They taught me that great food starts with love and care, not a cabinet full of seasonings. Their philosophy was simple: cook with your heart and let the natural flavors shine. They always reminded me not to overseason because good ingredients can speak for themselves. Every meal I prepare reflects the lessons they passed down—bringing family together, creating comfort, and sharing love through food.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would use it to start a program that provides healthy, nutritious meals to elderly & homeless individuals who have limited resources and no family support. Everyone deserves access to a warm meal made with care and dignity. My goal would be to help improve their health, reduce food insecurity, and remind them that they are valued members of the community. Food has the power to bring comfort, hope, and connection to those who need it most.
