What is your signature dish?

Veal Chop Inferno, 16oz Milk feed veal chop , pounded thin, breaded and fried to perfection. Topped with burrata cheese in a Calabrian chili agrodolce sauce with sweet and hot vinegar peppers.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My inspiration does. Not come from anyone in particular, but rather from my entire family. I come from a family full of food and hospitality experience. My inspiration growing up has been from the experiences I’ve had working in and around the family business. I’ve been behind the stove since I basically could walk. Nothing has ever interested me more than the kitchen and the hospitality industry. I couldn’t ever picture myself doing anything else.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest it into my children’s future and take a night off!
