Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is The Who’s who, “The Kitchen” chefs. I see myself in each one of them. Jeff the funny goofball, Sunny’s outrageous personality, Alex’s straight forwardness, GZ’s seriousness and Katie’s classic simplistic approach to cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I was to win the 25,000 dollars, I would remodel my kitchen with new cabinets. I would also use the money to teach others how to cook from scratch and teach the basics. With today’s economy, teaching how to follow a recipe and make a great meal is a win win for all ! I also would include how to can vegetables and sauces to build their pantry with freshness.
