Who is your culinary inspiration?

My deep rich history of the best times I had growing up and spending time with my family and learning everything I could about the real heritage of the past and watching the very first cooking shows Justin Wilson, Paul Prudom , Julia Child, Ming Sai, Galloping Gourmet I just always had a deep passion for cooking.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would definitely buy a property,and open my special service restaurant like my family has and still has in my home town
