Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my mom. She was my favorite teacher, chef, and the most important person in my life. She taught me that cooking is more than making food it’s about bringing people together, sharing love, and keeping traditions alive. Watching her cook with passion, patience, and pride inspired me to develop my own skills and creativity in the kitchen. Every dish I make carries a piece of what she taught me.
What would you do with the $25,000?Hmmm If I won the $25,000 from Favorite Chef, I would invest it into growing my culinary dreams and maaaaybe buying a food truck and honouring my mom, who inspired my passion for cooking. I’d use it to improve my kitchen, create new opportunities, and continue bringing people together through food, family, and tradition.
