Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration has been the hard working chefs that have taught me over the past 25 years and the aspiring chefs that innovate every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I would have to say that I would be using some of it too help a couple of my friends out that are doing start up food trucks and also take my family for a much needed vacation.
