I would have to say it's my five cheese, tomato bacon pie. But my husband would say it's my braised lamb shanks.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I'm not big on celebrity chefs as inspiration. I'm more inspired by local chefs and chefs who I've met in our travels around the world. If I had to pick one like celebrity Chef it would probably be Julia Childs. Because she made cooking approachable for everyone and that's what it should be.
