To be honest anything I touch will leave my mark and signature, but my asian food and variety eggrolls with homemade fried rice is always a hit.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother. I started out in the kitchen with her since I was 3 or 4 and fell in love by the time I was 12 I was cooking full course meals for my family. I also grew up watching the food network and Emerald Lagos series. And BAM (lol) here I am today pursuing my dream to make my mom proud from heaven.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would buy my food truck. I mean pay for it and let my dreams begin.
