What is your signature dish?

Coming from a Creole background, Louisiana cuisine naturally became the heart of my cooking. If I had to choose one signature dish, it would be my gumbo. It’s rich, soulful, and layered with flavor that tells a story in every bite. When people taste my Creole dishes, they instantly feel connected to Louisiana whether it reminds them of home or transports them there for the first time. My goal is always to create food that feels unforgettable, comforting, and deeply authentic.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration has always been my grandmother, an Executive Chef who made the kitchen feel like magic. As a child, I stood beside her in awe, watching her create unforgettable dishes completely from scratch. What inspired me most wasn’t just the food it was the joy it brought people. Seeing customers smile, celebrate, and connect over her meals planted a passion in me to create those same unforgettable experiences through every plate I serve today.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d invest in a food truck my rolling kitchen and passport to the world. A brick-and-mortar is the dream, but a food truck gives me the freedom to travel city to city, sharing bold flavors, creative dishes, and unforgettable food experiences across the United States. I want people to feel my passion through every plate. This isn’t just about cooking for me it’s about building a culinary legacy one stop, one story, and one dish at a time
