Receive Text UpdatesI make a Honey BBQ Sauce with no "spicy" seasonings (because I am not a fan of spicy foods) that has an apple cider vinegar base for a zing. My Candied Sweet Potatoes are one of my favorites, with diced sweet potatoes baked and then tossed with caramelized onions.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up watching the greats on Food Network in the 90's and early 2000's; Emril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, Alton Brown, Rachel Ray, Ina Garten, and Paula Deen. They all helped to enrich my cooking knowledge. My grandma, Connie Sherlock, was one of my favorite cooks! She loved her onions, garlic, and cheese!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would probably pay off my car first, but then I would have to decide between turning my Honey BBQ into an actual business or starting up a chocolate dipped fruit stand.
