Who is your culinary inspiration?I cooked with a woman when I was very young that inspired me to follow this path, of course there’s many people that inspired me over the years, but I owe a lot to my first boss.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would reopen my restaurant, with more knowledge, better location, a better plan, and more backing.
