My signature dish is a creamy garlic parmesan pasta paired with perfectly seasoned chicken. It’s the dish that always brings people back for seconds because it combines rich, comforting flavors with a homemade touch that feels special every time. What makes it my signature is the balance. tender, flavorful chicken, a silky sauce made from scratch, and fresh herbs and seasonings that make every bite memorable. It’s the kind of meal that feels both comforting and elevated.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration comes from the people who taught me that food is about love, comfort, and bringing people together. The meals shared around the kitchen table showed me how powerful cooking can be. not just as a skill, but as a way to create memories and connection. I’m also inspired by chefs who stay true to themselves and turn simple ingredients into something unforgettable. Their creativity pushes me to keep learning, experimenting, and adding my own personal touch to every dish

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would invest it into growing my passion for cooking and creating new opportunities for myself and my community. I’d upgrade kitchen equipment, continue learning through culinary experiences, and work toward building something long-term that allows me to share my food with more people. I’d also use part of the money to support my family and give back to the people who have supported me along the way. Cooking has always been about bringing people together.
