What is your signature dish?

It changes according to my mood or the season… I.E. pistachio crusted rack of lamb, crispy pork schnitzel w/brown butter & capers, perfectly cooked bone in ribeye w/sherried, thymed mushrooms and horseradish cream, crispy roasted potatoes, charred Moroccan spiced carrots, hand rolled gnocchi w Gorgonzola cream sauce, runny yoke/herbed ricotta ravioli

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My mom. She cooked every meal, we ate as a family every meal and she taught me how food keeps people together, how food is the greatest gift of love and care.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Remodel the kitchen in my desert home to support the soup food truck I one day hope to purchase!
