Chicken Caprese - It's an easy dish I make using the air fryer. There are so many delicious flavors, from the chicken, cheese, and tomatoes, to the garlic, pepper, and basil.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother is my initial inspiration, as is likely the case for many grandchildren. I have many of her recipes that I've begun to make on my own. My wife is another inspiration. She's a natural cook and has a way of making nearly any recipe better. She's also a trained chef, and I try, with varying levels of success, to keep up to her standards when I cook.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd like to travel and continue to explore the food of places around the world. I've been lucky enough to have seen some of the world as a US Marine, and took advantage of enjoying local dishes whenever possible. I'd like some more control over where I visit in the future, with the food I'll be able to try helping to guide my way.
