Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother. I am one of four boys, there was always food on the table and it was always delicious. All four of us are now the primary cooks in our family.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take my wife on a well-deserved vacation. She is currently helping her sister , whose husband is dying , to care for him . She is also caring for her sister, who has many Health struggles of her own. It would be a culinary trip, of course, to one of the big foodie capitals such as New Orleans or Napa valley.
