My signature dish will be my slow braised Oxtails with real coconut. Served with rice and peas, sautéed cabbage with sweet plantain.. Everything from scratch.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Wow this is an easy one. It’s my father of course. Watching him cook growing up was fun. From the homemade seasoning to getting our meat “fresh fresh” if you know what I mean lol. He’s amazing with his flavors and that’s the first thing I picked up.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely get me a Food Truck. Every cent will go to my Food Truck. Only because I know that’s the beginning of me generating income for my family. That $25,000 will be our life changer.
