Bone in ribeye (tomahawk preferred) grilled to perfection with with grilled radiccicho/spinach salad n topped with a orange balsamic glaze and smoked warm German potato salad
Who is your culinary inspiration?So many people from my mother who taught culinary, as well as Jose Grace's whom I worked for for a number of years.
What would you do with the $25,000?Take my wife on a much needed vacation and then use the rest for my spice and BBQ catering company.
