What would you do with the $25,000?I am working on finally opening a restaurant of my own after a ling career working for some amazing people and chefs. I have been terrified thinking of doing it over the years, but feel like it is now or never - I have an amazing partner in life and two kids who deserve for me to look them in they eye and believe we can all do amazing things together and when we believe in ourselves
