What is your signature dish?

My signature? It starts with a perfectly spatchcocked chicken, seasoned to perfection in ways that'll make your taste buds sing. But I don't stop there. My plant-based dishes are so vibrant and satisfying, even the most devoted meat lovers come back for seconds. And for busy weeknights? I've got easy, wholesome meals that prove fast doesn't mean boring. My cooking is bold, intentional, and made with love, the kind that keeps everyone at the table just a little longer.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspirations are Ina Garten and Alice Waters, two women who changed how I see food. Ina taught me that cooking for the people you love is the ultimate act of hospitality, and that simple done beautifully is always enough. Alice Waters opened my eyes to the power of fresh, seasonal ingredients, that real flavor starts at the source. Together, they shaped a cook who believes great food is about intention, connection, and letting quality ingredients shine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Twenty-five thousand dollars would be the launchpad for my seasoning company, turning the bold, intentional flavors I've been crafting in my kitchen into something I can share with the world. From sourcing premium ingredients and perfecting my blends to packaging, branding, and getting my products on shelves, this investment would transform a passion born from years of cooking for family and friends into a thriving small business. My kitchen wisdom, bottled up and ready for yours.
