Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspirations are Ina Garten and Alice Waters, two women who changed how I see food. Ina taught me that cooking for the people you love is the ultimate act of hospitality, and that simple done beautifully is always enough. Alice Waters opened my eyes to the power of fresh, seasonal ingredients, that real flavor starts at the source. Together, they shaped a cook who believes great food is about intention, connection, and letting quality ingredients shine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Twenty-five thousand dollars would be the launchpad for my seasoning company, turning the bold, intentional flavors I've been crafting in my kitchen into something I can share with the world.
