What is your signature dish?

Mexican soup, 7 can soup, chicken pot pie casserole, or basically anything that will fit in a gallon bag. About two years ago we realized that there is an entire demographic that doesn't know how to cook. So, we created complete meals with bilingual recipes to make it an easy and engaging process for anyone.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My daughter, Jewell Vold. As a mother of three and graduate from culinary school, she has evolved from an entrepreneur specializing in artistically crafted jams and jelly that are also vegan and gluten free to an intrepid charcuterie catering business designed to celebrate everything from major life events to corporate gatherings and more.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Expand our community outreach. We would like to start giving cooking classes to kids ages 8 to 18 making dishes out of food they can find in our community pantry.
