Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother. She told me all the time she couldn’t cook. She didn’t cook a lot but what she cooked was phenomenal. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass down that love of cooking to her daughter and that is the reason I went to culinary school is because my mother couldn’t cook. I started cooking family dinners for my family of six when I was seven.
What would you do with the $25,000?Currently, I’m a chef in an elementary school, I would love to give a portion to no kid hungry because I see firsthand, hunger, kids on a daily basis.
