Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from people who reinvent themselves and build community through food. After a career in finance, I’m inspired by the idea that food can bring joy in a way numbers never could and that is why I dream of opening a cafe.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use it to build something bigger than a business—a welcoming café where food brings people together and everyone feels at home. Today, I am a successful finance executive chasing a passion to make people happy through food and in turn, change my life to focus on this each and everyday. This would make the dream a reality.
