Who is your culinary inspiration?Myculinary inspiration seems rooted in comfort, connection, and versatility with a strong “feed people well and make them feel cared for” mindset. I am notinspired by trendy, ultra-exclusive fine dining. My style is more like: * elevated comfort food, * bold flavor, * generous hospitality, * and adapting to the people im serving.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in a small intimate café serving, probably no more than five parties every day with a three course meal. My vision is to post a weekly menu and parties can make reservations for that particular evening.
