Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother. She’s been gone a while but she is entirely responsible for my love of cooking. I learned through osmosis. The kitchen was the heart of our home. For my plant based cooking I’m inspired by docs who’ve proven reversal of heart disease and diabetes like Dean Ornish and Dr. Esselstyn.
What would you do with the $25,000?Create a legitimate environment for my chef services to thrive. I need a certified kitchen, and the modifications to make that possible.
