What would you do with the $25,000?I'd take my daughter to Thailand, the land her heritage calls home. This wouldn't just be a vacation; it would be a culinary pilgrimage. We'd wander through the floating markets of Bangkok, learning the art of balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy from the vendors who've perfected it over generations. We'd visit her ancestral region, cooking alongside local grandmothers who hold recipes in their hands and hearts, not cookbooks.
