Who is your culinary inspiration? After living in Japan and working at En Japanese Brasserie, I am inspired by ocean-based food culture and the idea that everyday meals can nourish both people and the planet. My mother has inspired me as she cooked for us all growing up and would have loved this type of simple at home option for more adventurous meals as options were often limited and it is hard and expensive to explore new options.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000, I’d launch Drift Seasoning’s next stage and bring ocean-powered flavor to dinner tables everywhere providing healthy, bold, globally inspired recipes that every day Americans can actually cook at home!
